I have read the Shipping Info in the product listing and understand that shipping times are only an estimate. I understand my purchase may arrive sooner than estimated, or may take longer to arrive based on my location, made to order items and other circumstances beyond the control of The Phoenix Collection.
I understand my purchase may be shipped directly from The Phoenix Collection Studio/Head Office in Ontario, Canada or directly from their carefully selected partners/vendors/artists in various global locations who share The Phoenix Collection's commitment to offering the highest quality products and to providing excellent customer service that not only meets, but also exceeds our customers' highest expectations.
I understand that my purchase is covered by a 100% Guarantee of Satisfaction, unless otherwise stated in the listing. (Please note that original artworks are final sale and may not be returned for refund.) If I am not delighted with my purchase, I may return it for a full refund. I understand I am responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to The Phoenix Collection in Ontario, Canada. If the item is being returned due to it being damaged in transit, The Phoenix Collection will reimburse my return shipping costs.
I also understand that I must request a Return Authorization Number by email within 10 days of receiving my purchase if I intend to return it and that the item must be shipped back to The Phoenix Collection in Ontario, Canada postmarked within 30 days of when I received it (unless otherwise noted in the product listing). To qualify for a refund, I understand the item(s) must be received by The Phoenix Collection in the original condition and in the original packaging. Upon receipt by The Phoenix Collection, if these conditions are met, the full purchase price will be refunded. The Phoenix Collection is not responsible for any damage in return transit and returns must be shipped insured.
